When filling out this application form, please keep in mind the following:

  • Cru is open from 4PM – 10PM Tuesday – Thursday and 4PM-11PM Friday & Saturday
  • Shifts start as early as 3:30PM and promptness is expected
  • We expect that you would be available to work 2-3 shifts per week
  • Availability on the weekends is great, but we also expect you to be available weekdays as well.
